Payment Methods:

  • We accept checks and all major credit cards– our financial policy offers an adjustment to any account where an account is paid in full the day treatment is rendered.
  • Ask us about the various financing plans available through Care Credit, Mountain America Credit Union, and Cherry Financial.

All accounts are due at the time services are rendered except in the case of the monthly payment. Our bookkeeping does not allow for any balance to be carried beyond ninety days except in the circumstance of an insurance issue.
